I had a great experience at Ibis. the front desk staff were excellent and extremely cooperative. They listened to my requirements and were highly supportive. the breakfast offered plenty of options, and the location of the property is superb, being very close to the Mall of the Emirates with several grocery shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the mall and public transport, making it easy to explore nearby food places. The staff provided early check-in and the complimentary water and coffee/tea were a treat. The comfortable beds and spotlessly clean rooms made for a pleasant stay. The limited but tasty pastry selection at breakfast was enjoyable.
Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.
